Online shopping with Benjo is secure.

Personal and credit card information entered on the site is transmitted electronically in a format that cannot be intercepted, altered or decoded by a third party as it is encrypted to ensure its confidentiality.

Benjo complies with SSL encryption standards, under which transaction information will always be transmitted securely. Payment is made directly through Desjardins.

Benjo does not store credit information for purchases made without a user count. Users who choose to have an account with Benjo may authorize Benjo to reuse their shipping address, billing address and credit card information in order to avoid having to re-enter this information every time they make a purchase. Benjo certifies that users account information is secure, and not made available to store personnel or any third party outside of Benjo. Having a permanent account with Benjo is not required to place orders with Benjo. Users who choose not to have an account must submit credit card information with every new transaction.


Shipping and Handling


All product prices on the Benjo website are in Canadian dollars, and do not include eventual taxes and mailing costs. Before confirming your order, all relevant taxes and shipping charges are computed in accord with relevant legislation and postal policies, and are then presented for your approval. The total order price is cleared with your credit card in a single payment at the moment of placing your order.

All shipping and handling costs are computed in accord with standard shipping rates at Canada Post, using the parcel's actual and volumetric weight values.

All orders are shipped to the address indicated during the check-out process. Products are shipped immediately on receiving the order. Shipping within Canada may take up to 5 business days. International orders may take longer.

Please note that shipping outside Canada can cause further clearance fees, which are different for each country.

Product Returns


Benjo is dedicated to delivering only high-quality mint-condition products to its customers. If you are for any reason not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Benjo will duly exchange the product or issue store credits of equal purchase value.

Broken or defective products or items that don't conform to the product description.

Broken or defective items, or items that don't conform to the product description will be replaced or refunded with store credits, at no cost, within 30 days of initial product delivery. To make a product return, please deliver the defective product (undamaged with all the original packaging, accessories and instruction manuals), along with either your receipt or the order number. The order number can be found on your receipt or in your order confirmation email. Benjo will fully reimburse the postal fees for returning your product this way. Please contact our customer service anytime at 1-418-640-0001 for more information about product returns.

Benjo handles the shipping costs both for the product returns and delivering the replacement item, as needed.

Benjo cannot perform an exchange or refund if the product is not returned in its original packaging, or if the product or packaging was damaged after initial delivery of the product.

Other product return cases

You may have a reason for returning items that aren't damaged or defective. Whatever the issue, Benjo will duly issue a replacement or refund you with store credits of equal purchase value. Please deliver the defective product (undamaged with all the original packaging, accessories and instruction manuals), along with either your receipt or the order number. The order number can be found on the receipt and in your order confirmation email. However, Benjo does not reimburse shipping costs for returning non-defective items.
